This 11×14 inch painting explores the importance of pausing to nurture oneself, reconnect with nature, and make space for growth.
Water flows toward the flowers, symbolizing nourishment and the intentional care required for growth. The flowers are depicted in varying degrees of color, with the top row in full bloom and the second row carrying more subtle tones. This progression reflects the different stages of growth and the understanding that everything does not have to bloom at the same time.
The face remains relatively untouched, creating a contrast between the figure and the surrounding flowers. This balance emphasizes the relationship between stillness, nourishment, and transformation.
The repeated imagery is part of an ongoing exploration of how a single drawing can be reworked and transformed to develop new themes and perspectives.
At its core, the piece serves as a reminder that growth requires nourishment, patience, and intentional care.

SHIPPING POLICY
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date of purchase.
Please note that this is the processing and shipping timeframe. Once your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on the carrier and destination.
How will my artwork be shipped?
Original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS, depending on the size and shipping requirements of the artwork.
If you need your artwork sooner, please email laurenroseillustrations@gmail.com before placing your order to discuss expedited shipping options and availability.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
While I take great care to package each original artwork securely, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond my control.
If your package is lost, missing, or significantly delayed, please contact me at laurenroseillustrations@gmail.com so I can assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your original artwork arrives damaged, please contact me at laurenroseillustrations@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and artwork.
I will work with you and the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution. Please retain all original packaging and shipping materials until the issue has been resolved.
Where do you ship?
At this time, orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
A note about color
Please be aware that colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, screen settings, or device. I make every effort to accurately photograph and represent each original artwork online.

Original artwork is one-of-a-kind and is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Once an original artwork has been purchased, the sale is considered final. If an artwork arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or there is another significant issue with your order, please contact me at laurenroseillustrations@gmail.com as soon as possible so I can work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
