This 11×14 inch piece is about a moment when survival turns into surrendering to the light instead of hiding from it.
Even when the sun burns a little too bright, there is courage in choosing to look up. Growth is not always soft. Sometimes it asks us to stand in the heat, to sit with the discomfort, and to trust that we are becoming something stronger because of it.
The light may challenge us before it changes us, but there is something powerful about no longer shrinking away from it. This piece speaks to the courage it takes to step out of survival and into becoming, trusting that even the brightest seasons can shape us into something more resilient, more grounded, and more fully ourselves.

SHIPPING POLICY
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date of purchase.
Please note that this is the processing and shipping timeframe. Once your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on the carrier and destination.
How will my artwork be shipped?
Original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS, depending on the size and shipping requirements of the artwork.
If you need your artwork sooner, please email laurenroseillustrations@gmail.com before placing your order to discuss expedited shipping options and availability.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
While I take great care to package each original artwork securely, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond my control.
If your package is lost, missing, or significantly delayed, please contact me at laurenroseillustrations@gmail.com so I can assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your original artwork arrives damaged, please contact me at laurenroseillustrations@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and artwork.
I will work with you and the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution. Please retain all original packaging and shipping materials until the issue has been resolved.
Where do you ship?
At this time, orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
A note about color
Please be aware that colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, screen settings, or device. I make every effort to accurately photograph and represent each original artwork online.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are final.
Original artwork is one-of-a-kind and is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Once an original artwork has been purchased, the sale is considered final. If an artwork arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or there is another significant issue with your order, please contact me at laurenroseillustrations@gmail.com as soon as possible so I can work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
