How long will it take my items to be shipped to me?
Items will be shipped within 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) from initial purchase date.
How will my items be shipped?
Your artwork will be shipped securely using Fedex ground. If you would like your artwork sent to you sooner, please email me at laurenroseillustrations@gmail.com to confirm.
Once the art is mailed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. If a package is not delivered, lost, or missing, please send an email to laurenroseillustrations@gmail.com. We can replace your item (if available) or offer a refund of your purchase. Please be patient if an item is delayed due to company, carrier, weather delays, or acts of God.
Is there any address that we can not deliver to?
We will not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes. We will ship your order via Fedex. “Private shipping companies or carriers, such as UPS, FedEx and Amazon, are not able to deliver to (place mail in) a PO Box.
